A legal disclaimer

By accessing or using the Youkeo Studios website and booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made online through our website.

  • A 25% non-refundable advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • The remaining 75% balance is due at the time of the session or before.

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the 25% advance payment.

Studio Rules and Guidelines

  • Users must be 18 years or older to book studio time.

  • While we do not have specific rules regarding noise restrictions or equipment usage, we expect users to be respectful of the studio and its equipment.

  • Additional services such as music production, mixing, mastering, and songwriting can be discussed and booked through our online system. Prices for these services are not fixed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a refund of the remaining balance (75%). Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking will forfeit the entire booking fee (including the 25% advance). No-shows will also forfeit the entire booking fee.

  • Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with our policy will be processed within 30 days of the request.

  • Studio Cancellations: In the event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Governing Law

Intellectual Property

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

  • All content on the Youkeo Studios website, including images, music samples, and videos, is the property of Youkeo Studios and may not be shared or embedded on other platforms without our express written permission.

Disclaimers

  • Youkeo Studios is not liable for any personal injury or damage to equipment that may occur during studio use.

Liability

  • We may change information on the website from time to time.

  • We are not responsible for technical issues or downtime that may affect the booking system.

  • We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information on our website.

  • Decisions about pricing and bookings are final.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of our services will be resolved through email communication at hello@youkeo.studio.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
